Shipping Guidelines: 

Lisbon Deliveries (Monday – Thursday):

Want to get up close and personal? We can deliver directly to your home, saving you the cost of delivery from our shipping partners!

• Lisbon Central (0-20km) €0, completed within 1 business day—same day for orders before 1 pm.

We’re only able to make one delivery attempt free of charge. If we’re unable to complete the delivery on the first attempt, you will be charged €1.95 or €4.95 for delivery via Correos Express (See below ‘Portugal & Spain Deliveries’). To avoid this, let us know a place where we can leave the parcel.

We’ll always take a picture to show you exactly where we’ve placed it, but will only leave it with your permission first. 

Portugal & Spain Deliveries: 

Within the Iberian Peninsular, shipping costs €1.95 or €4.95, depending on the weight (bulky food items are typically €4.95). Your items will usually arrive within 48-72 hours. In some instances, on early morning orders, you may receive your items the next day. Check your confirmation email for further details.

Europe Deliveries

Delivery outside of Spain or Portugal costs €6.95, €9.95 for light items and €14,95 and €24,95 for heavy items. Items will typically arrive within 5 business days. Fulfilled at Doggy Banquet within 24 business hours. You can get full details in the pricing table below. 

UK & Switzerland

Most deliveries are effortless across the border, but sometimes delays happen that are beyond our control, or the shipping provider’s control. In these instances, our shipping estimate of 2-5 days does not apply, keep and eye on your parcel tracker for updates.  All shipped items are insured in case of issues.

Backorders

If you have backordered out-of-stock items you will receive an email after payment confirming dispatch date. 

Personalised / Custom Orders

Shipping of personalised items may be delayed by up to 5 working days as the products or alterations are made.
